We have formulated a mobile quality team to operate independently from head office where will have this team totally responsible for the finished product and the production from the beginning, which will be under control of the Chairman, Managing Director, General Manager.

We have also planned a production-engineering department to change the style and control of production on standard Minute Value. To make it easy for calculating our production and it’s cost.

The Buildings:

Pre-fabricated with a mezzanine floor facilitating production on top, finishing on the ground floor. Made to all Safety standards and compliance.  Separate exits and stairways to allow clear passage for workers.

Facilities covering all areas from prayer room male & female, day care center, A Canteen with hot food counter to facilitate 150 persons at a time. Doctors visit 2 days One Month.

Uniforms & Identification:

All workers are categorized showing their designation by their identification and color of uniform.

Working times:

As per law of the land.

Child labor:

The company will not at anytime hire any worker who is below the age of 18 years or a certificate for an approved government doctor or produces a valid birth certificate.

Wages:

Will be based as per the rules of the wages ordinance of the country. It will be paid on the 10th day of the month.

Leave:

All workers will be entitled as per the rules of the labor laws of the country.
